Equine Care, Custody and Control
All Commercial General Liability policies contain an exclusion for property damage to property in the insured’s care custody and control. The CCC endorsement will cover you defense and court costs for litigation and payment for judgements up to the aggregate policy amount (per animal limit applies). This endorsement is limited to livestock and will not extend to tack or equipment of others.
Excess Liability Coverage
Excess Liability coverage provides additional liability protection over your underlying general liability policy with a standard limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Excess liability limits are written one million dollars layers.
