RIDING CLUB GENERAL LIABILITY SECTION
Equestrian Riding Clubs often use a special insurance coverage format slightly different from standard equine commercial general liability.
Riding Club General Liability primary coverage is rated on the total number of club members for base coverage.
This classification charge will extend automatic coverage to all Member Only activity.
Additional charges will be made for exposures such as:
1. Horse boarding and training
2. Riding Instruction or Clinics
3. Special Events open to the general public *
4. Pony Rides & Petting Zoo
5. Owned Premises including arena rental
* A special event generally advertised to the public invited to attend for a specific date.
Usually food and refreshments are available and a ticket or pass is required to attend.
This would not include incidental members of the general public observing a club activity.
